State Alliance Protective Services LLC is independently owned and operated.  Our services can be tailored to suit the security needs of your organization, and licensed by the Texas Commission on private Security and are fully insured.

PHILOSOPHY

It is our philosophy/goal to have a close working relationship with our clients and to maintain frequent contact to continuously serve our clients need and to ensure the top level of service desired.  Each of the Officers are carefully screened, drug tested and strenuously interviewed before being selected as part of our team.

State Alliance Protective Services LLC believes in a drug and alcohol free work place and active participation of random drug testing with our employees.

SUPERVISION

All posts are checked by a supervisor to ensure top/quality service at all times.  All guards are required to call on upon arrival at post in order to ensure that clients/properties are receiving the coverage desired.  Hourly reports are maintained by Officer/Officers staffing the post, and are turned to the client on a daily basis.
